Strategic Reset
Context
Six months post-launch. 0€ B2B MRR. 300€ B2C MRR (medical app). AI has exploded, making code a commodity.
What We Learned
We spent 6 months documenting frameworks without completing a single full cycle: find a client → understand their problem → sell a solution → get paid. Our B2C projects weren’t generating enough margin. We had architected an OS, a chassis, modules — without a single B2B client validating the need.
Decisions
Pivot to B2B. No new B2C projects. Complete the full cycle once before diversifying. NERV identified as first product to validate, repositioned as "Product Intelligence Agent." Target expanded to established SaaS with real budgets. Sprint of 100 discovery conversations launched.
